Position: Tax Compliance Manager
Location: Morristown, NJ
Salary: $109,100 - $147,300 per year
Bonus: Opportunity for 5% Bonus
Relocation Package: None

Key Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

• Review and file federal pro-forma tax returns using Corptax.
• E-file consolidated federal tax returns.
• Oversee and review state/locality tax returns.
• Manage quarterly federal and state estimates and extensions.
• Mentor and manage an income tax associate.
• Handle federal and state income tax audits and notices.
• Coordinate tax payments and compliance.

Tax Reporting:

• Assist with quarterly and annual US GAAP income tax provision.
• Review income tax account reconciliations and book-tax differences.
• Evaluate deferred tax assets/liabilities.
• Document internal tax controls.

Other Duties:

• Support ad-hoc projects, including cash tax management and business support.
• Drive efficiency and simplify tax processes.
• Liaise with external tax advisors as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of US federal and state income tax expertise.
• Experience with US GAAP income tax provisioning.
• Familiarity with SAP, HFM, Corptax, or Alteryx (a plus).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred; additional years of experience considered.
