Join Our Team as a Tax Risk Manager!
Are you ready to take a dynamic role within a leading organization?
We are seeking aΒ Tax Risk ManagerΒ to join our tax function, reporting directly to the Group Tax Director.
In this role you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our integrated system for detecting, measuring, managing, and controlling tax risk at the Group level playing crucial role in the tax cooperative compliance regime in Italy.
You will also:

Keep the Group and Italian TCF up-to-date and coordinate the implementation of local TCFs by performing risk assessments, updating control matrices (RCM), and governance documents.

Conduct tests on the adequacy of control measures within the framework, in line with the annual test plan.

Monitor and adopt improvement actions aimed at mitigating tax risk.

Assist business functions in adopting and implementing the most appropriate controls for managing and mitigating tax risk.

Help prepare regulations, procedures, communications, and informational activities to promote tax culture within the Group.

Prepare information for Corporate Governance Bodies and participate as a presenter.

Stay updated on tax regulations and legal requirements, particularly concerning the TCF and Cooperative Compliance regimes.

Manage relationships and preventive interactions with the Revenue Agency β Collaborative Compliance Office (focus on Italy).

Develop IT solutions for the continuous improvement of tax processes, known as Tax digitalization.

Participate in projects related to the internal control system.
What we need:
-
Masterβs degree in Economics.
-
7+ years of experience, preferably in a similar role ideally within multinational companies with accounting control systems, companies operating in Italy or other countries with Tax Control Frameworks, or global accounting firms.

Knowledge of corporate tax and/or compliance.

Hands-on approach.

Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Project management and digital skills.
