Job Title: Tax Coordinator
Reports to: Director, Global Tax Reporting & Transformation
Location: Goleta or Westlake

The Role

The “Tax Coordinator” will be responsible for the day to day invoice & purchase order processing, assist with tax return compliance, monthly budget analysis and tax project assistance.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• 1. Budget Planning and Management Process; Process purchase orders and receive invoices; analyze cost against budget
• 2. Tax Return Compliance Support; Retrieve monthly tax return support from co-sourcing firms; assist with monthly account reconciliations
• 3. Tax Audit Support; Assist with retrieving and downloading support documents from Oracle
• 4. General Tax Support; Day to day operational support for Head of Tax and tax department

• 1. Experience in Microsoft Office products is preferred
• 2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance is preferred
• 3. Open to learning with a positive outlook
• 4. Focused and organized with multiple recurring deadlines will be the most challenging part of the role

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
