The Team:Â
The Finance Department is essential to Enfusion's growth and success. With the aim to support all aspects of the business, Finance is filled with numerous, talented individuals across Accounting Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis, Consolidations, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Procurement, Reporting, and several other functions that provide valuable insight while guiding executives on best practices for their business decisions.Â
The Role:Â
Enfusion is looking for a motivated Tax Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment within a successful growing company. The Tax Director will have expert knowledge in international tax compliance, partnership tax, and experience with multinational clients. This role requires global ownership of the entirety of the function, and will report to the Controller.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare tax reporting for external financial reporting (manage and update UP-C/TRA Model)
- Manage compliance deadlines with increasing efficiency and coordination of processes
- Analyze the Company’s tax positions and assist the CFO and Controller in developing tax strategies
- Ensure the business is informed of any changes in legislation that could impact operating guidelines and provide tax input to the business plan
- Prepare and file all state, local, national, and international income tax requirements
- Help with managing intercompany transactions and ensure transfer pricing documentation is maintained
- Work closely with the HR team as they manage payroll taxes and social securities
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams on a daily basis
- Manage the Company’s compliance with sales, use, and GST tax issues
- Assist the Company in preparing for and executing complex transactions
- Work with external advisors to ensure compliance and execution of non-routine transactions
What You’ll Need
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, including corporate tax and/or public accounting
- CPA
- Experience with international tax compliance and partnership tax matters
- Experience with complex transactions and the associated tax implications
- Experience in a SaaS environment preferredÂ
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite, Board members, and business leaders is essentialÂ
- Willingness to work at both a granular and management level concurrently
- Ability to adjust rapidly and frequently to new situations / help others adapt to change
- Decision-making and influencing skills with strong levels of energy
- Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational planning skills
The salary for this position is $200,000 - $225,000 + bonus + benefits.
