You’ll dive into tax returns, be introduced to client interactions, and make a real impact. From preparing 1040s to understanding partnerships and corporate taxes, you'll gain hands-on experience that sets your career in motion.

What You’ll Do:

• Organize & Scan Returns: Be the first to handle incoming tax returns, making sure they’re organized and accurately processed.
• Autoflow Utilization: Utilize Autoflow tool for data extraction and organization when processing tax returns.
• Level 1 Tax Returns: Jump right into preparing individual returns (1040s), and tackle simple entity returns!
• Supporting the Team: Help with 1099s and W-2s and get a sneak peek into real-world tax processing.
• Tax Return Assembly & Client Support: Wrap up the process and get involved with clients by explaining signatures and payment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a professional environment.
