Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• 5-7 years of experience in public accounting tax work.
• Experience in the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze financial statements.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individual and business tax returns are completed accurately and on time.
• Review, approve, and sign tax returns for client release.
• Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and career development.
• Gather relevant tax-related information from clients for accurate return preparation.
• Analyze tax situations from multiple angles to maximize benefits.
• Network and build relationships to attract new clients.
• Bill clients for services provided.
