As a Tax Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our tax practice, leading client engagements Established in 1987, the practice has grown due to the quality of services that we offer. We primarily serve financial institutions that range from $10 million to $2 billion in asset size. TWHC knows our employees are our most important assets. Responsibilities include: • Develop and execute strategic tax planning for a diverse client base. • Manage and oversee tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. • Stay abreast of tax law changes and industry trends, providing thought leadership to the firm and clients. Qualification: • CPA license required. • 5+ years experience in a Sr. Tax Manager or Tax Partner role. • Proven track record of success in tax planning, compliance and advisory services. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in business development and client relationship management. • Bachelor’s degree required.
