Job Description
We are actively looking to hire a Tax Partner  to join the #1 fastest growing CPA firm in the US (Centri - #1 fastest growing firm in the US).  At Centri, we provide the highest quality advisory consulting services to our clients by being reliable and responsive to their needs. Our areas of expertise include financial reporting, internal controls, valuation services, technical accounting research, and CFO and HR Advisory services.  Our approach is to select team members with the appropriate experience to ensure that their fit within our clients’ organization is seamless.
This Tax Partner will lead the charge on the build out and growth of Centri’s Tax Advisory practice by developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans in accordance with the firm’s mission and vision and the commitment to always act as a trusted partner to our clients
Core Responsibilities:
- Elevate the Centri Brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing our marketing and sales programs
- Work with the team to manage multiple concurrent engagements within the Tax Advisory practice which provides a full spectrum of corporate tax services, including planning, research, and tax provision implications of our clients
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex Tax concepts to support Firm initiatives and development opportunities with internal knowledge sharing and panel discussions
- Complete tax diligence procedures and collaborate with Centri’s M&A Advisory team on financial due diligence project
- Evaluate the opportunity for tax software implementation and tax automation efforts
- Build national relationships to further expand the Centri Brand in developing business and revenue for the Firm
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- CPA Certification required
- 12+ years of relative technical experience; professional services experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills
