Tax Professional - Seasonal

JDA TSG is hiring tax professionals for the upcoming tax season, and we would love to speak with you! 100% remote with flexible hours.

Your Role:

• Provide tax support over video, phone, and chat, helping customers work on returns (Active PTIN required. You are not preparing or filing returns directly.)

• Ensure an excellent customer experience using your expertise in tax preparation, technology troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues – there is a script that you will follow to help guide your responses.

• Carefully document all customer interactions.

An active PTIN and a dedicated hardwired Ethernet connection are required. All work must be performed from within the US.

Additional Requirements:

• At least 2 seasons filing 30 or more individual and small business tax returns, using professional tax prep software in a tax practice/retail setting.

• Technical aptitude and comfort interacting over video and chat. (Dedicated hardwired Ethernet connection required.)

• Superior customer service skills. Call center-style experience is a plus.

• To qualify as a Credentialed Expert, you must be an EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with a tax focus.
