Tax Project Manager

We are experiencing significant growth and require the assistance of a skilled project manager to fill a need in our Tax Department.

• Sit in meetings, take minutes
• Enter time in cloud based document management software, Clio 
• Administrative duties – answer phones for department, communicate via Microsoft Teams
• Set up Zoom meetings
• Scheduling various low priority items
• Schedule scribes for department and client calls
• Attend multiple departmental meetings throughout the week, taking notes and run meetings
• Assist multiple associate attorneys in tax department with scheduling and miscelaneous administrative tasks
• Update department agenda/prospectives lists daily, updating department with list weekly

Salary Range: 75k-90K
