We are looking for a TAX REFUND SPECIALIST to join our mission!

Job Description

As Tax Refund Specialist you effectively support all tasks related to tax refund and excise duty for Romanian clients.

YOU WILL:

• Manage all customer onboarding process until customer is activated
• Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the client's registration for the purpose of VAT refund
• Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the registration of the client for the purpose of refund of excise duties and of the documentation for the recovery of excise duties in other Member States
• Legal check of invoices issued by third party suppliers for VAT refund
• Keeping records of documents managed by the employee
• Collaboration with the team in charge of communication with the tax authorities
• Dealing with internal systems including AEQ, Navision, etc.
• Manage Jira tickets for all work orders, being in active touch with colleagues from other departments to resolve operational issues
• Answering customer and partner inquiries directly where possible
• Supporting customer specific reports

Qualifications

YOU'LL NEED:

• Secondary school education
• Experience in administration
• Knowledge of basic accounting OR VAT is an advantage
• Knowledge of working with PC, especially Excel
• Care, independence, resistance to stress
• Good communication skills in English and Romanian
