What You’ll Do
As aSenior Tax Manager, you’ll lead key client engagements and be a strategic advisor across a variety of tax matters. You’ll oversee a team of talented professionals, help drive growth, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading and managing complex tax engagements for a diverse client base
• Reviewing complex partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns
• Developing and implementing forward-thinking tax planning strategies
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Conducting in-depth tax research and presenting findings to clients and internal teams
• Collaborating with firm leadership to provide strategic tax guidance
• Mentoring and developing junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
• Identifying and executing process improvements for greater efficiency and client impact
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification (required)
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A client-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Specialized expertise in areas such as manufacturers, distributors, closely held businesses, estates and trusts, and/or high-net-worth individuals (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
