Tax Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle all tax matters in compliance with laws and regulation of Indonesia.
• Perform monthly tax reconciliation in a timely, accurate and proper manner
• Responsible for computing, payment, and filling of monthly / yearly tax returns within deadlines.
• Prepare document and analyze tax data for interim & yearly audit, tax audit etc.
• Responsible for ensuring timely preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation supporting intercompany and cross border related party transactions.
• Ensure all tax disputes process are already aligned with tax stipulated and management expectation.
• Continuously updated with new tax regulation.
• Participate in the monthly closing procedure, ensuring all accounts are in order and can be closed in a timely manner.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Coaching and supporting other colleagues.
• Monthly Payroll data updates, liaison with outsourcing payroll company, verification of the monthly / annual payroll report.
• Responsible for Tax Reporting and Accounting in line with the group's policies through which currently performs its tax reporting to the US.
• Develop and monitor compliance with internal controls and procedures surrounding tax processes.
• Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
• Other Ad Hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

•  Education Background in Accounting / Taxation
• Good knowledge in Indonesian Taxation & Experience in Tax Audit will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, team-oriented in delivering results and meeting business needs in a fast paced & demanding environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous with a keen interest in learning new things.
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel.
• Bilingual in English & Bahasa to liaise with English speaking associates.
• Good knowledge in e-SPT & e-Faktur.
