They are looking for a Tax Supervisor - Business Management for the Century City office. This role involves overseeing basic accounting functions and tax compliance for clients, requiring fundamental accounting and tax knowledge, along with excellent organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team members, ensuring accountability and adherence to standards.
• Supervise engagements and maintain client relationships by meeting deadlines and providing timely communication.
• Utilize analytical skills to handle tax-related tasks and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in planning and executing tax assignments across various industries.
• Provide strategic financial advice and monitor fund usage.
• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for different entities.
• Assist with tax compliance and IRS audits.
• Participate in client assignments from start to finish.
• Prepare working papers and reports accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or relevant field.
• 4-7 years of tax, accounting, or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in tax compliance software and databases.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
