Department Overview

The TD Auto Finance (TDAF) Funding Operations Associate is a hybrid opportunity located in Farmington Hills, MI. This is a Tuesday thru Saturday shift (11 am - 8 pm Tuesday - Friday, and Saturday 8 am - 5 pm).

Start date is October 9th, 2023.

There is 6 weeks of paid training, with training taking place Monday - Friday from 9 am - 6 pm in office. Hybrid work schedule ( in office 2 days per week), will only be granted after associates have met specific proficiency metrics

(usually after 2 - 4 months)

Job Requirements

  • Performs most diverse/complex tasks
  • Works independently
  • Acts as a liaison between assigned department and other departments within TD Bank
  • Works to identify and address process improvements
  • Provides support and direction to less experiences staff
  • Acts as a back-up to department leadership
  • Responds to inquiries and assists in resolving problems/complaints
  • Protects privacy and non-public information
  • Assists in the prevention of fraudulent activities
  • Collaborates with and provides support to department leadership
  • Suggests changes or modifications to policies and procedures to supervisor based on day-to-day observations and activities
  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 Years of related experience
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
