The team you'll be part of

Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia's enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.

TDM Network Engineer is required to manage many components of the TDM Networks managed by Nokia. This includes the 5E, DMS, and VOIP network elements. The engineer can analyse and diagnose complex network conditions and isolate to specific network element for repair. Can direct field forces in hardware replacement procedures and identification of the specific card for repair. Responsible to meet and exceed Customer SLA targets. May be required to manage various projects for the TDM Networks to ensure proper operation of the Network Elements including software and supporting applications.

• Proper diagnosis of Multiple Network Element types including 5E, multiple DMS versions, and VOIP network elements.
• Can direct field forces in hardware replacement procedures and identification of the specific card for repair.
• Responsible to meet and exceed Customer SLA targets.

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expereince required
• At least 7 years experience working on TDM Networks and equipment.
• Knowledge of 5E,DMS, and VOIP technologies and Telco Network architecture.
• Must be Fault Management expertise with Network Management tools and Ticketing Applications.
