T&E Specialist

A Day in your life at MKS:

As our future T&E Specialist in our company MKS Atotech based in Poznan (hybrid mode, 8 days per month on site), you will partner with our accounting and finance team to help processing our transaction in SAP concur. In this role you will report to our accounting manager.

You will make an impact by:

• Timely and accurately processing of daily accounting transactions using SAP Concur;
• Verifying that supporting documentation for expense reports is in compliance with MKS Atotech travel policy and with tax regulations,
• Perfom on our SAP Concur tool administration and authorizations, issues troubleshooting, making changes in employee profiles and designating approvers,
• Resolving employee expense queries, disputes and ensuring that all expenses related inquiries are handled within high level of service delivery,
• Identifying potential process improvements, supporting process change improvements and system updates,
• Creating standard SAP Concur accounting and tool administration procedures.

Your profile:

• You have an university degree in Accounting, business administration, finance or any related field,
• 2 years of relevant experience in T&E,
• Proficient in SAP Concur and MS Office tools of SAP concur,
• Fluency in english, other European languages as a plus
• You are a team player, proactive, diligent with high level of initiative, problem solving and ownership
• Ability to effectively prioritize, complete key tasks and deliverables and also to respond flexibly to customer needs, effectively managing expectations
