Superior Chicago Tutoring is hiring a K-8 full time Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This unique teaching opportunity focuses on small group tutoring for struggling learners; Kindergarten through 8th grade. These small group sessions enhance the classroom lessons via a close partnership with the classroom teachers. The position takes place on Monday - Friday during school hours, 8:00 - 3:00. A teaching certificate is preferred, but not mandatory. At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience is a must! Responsibilities Include: • Reading, Math and Academic Coaching instruction in a small group environment not to exceed 8 students. • Collaboration with classroom teachers to identify skills and learning gaps that need to be addressed. • Classroom organization and the ability to complete pertinent student and company paperwork to meet monthly deadlines. • Effective and clear communication both verbally and in writing to parents and staff.
