Job Description
- Organize and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environmentÂ
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and budgetÂ
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaborationÂ
- Prepare and manage documentation, including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and office recordsÂ
- Coordinate events and other administrative functions.Â
- Identify and address potential risks and issues in both office and project settings, escalating them when necessaryÂ
- Support the team in administrative tasks and decision-making processesÂ
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and standards across office and project activitiesÂ
Qualifications
- Advanced EnglishÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Â
- Proven experience in office coordination, project coordination, or a similar roleÂ
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectivelyÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Proficiency in office and project management tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Jira, Trello, or similar tools)Â
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)Â
