We are currently searching for a motivated Vacation & Meetings Coordinator.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processes and distributes Prospects
- Conducts lead follow up calls and reporting for Director, Associate Manager & Advisors
- Creates, maintains and generates daily, weekly and monthly Department & Advisor KPI & Process Audit reports
- Assist Director and Associate Manager with account audits
- Ensures that all Department Processes are properly documented, communicated and trained on
- Assists Advisor team with proposal research, adjustments and other tasks as needed
- Facilitates department accounting needs e.g. invoice audit/system transmissions, check requests, etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service and sales/presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with performance based metric responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, mainly Outlook, Excel and Word
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience creating and maintaining information databases and trackers
- Working in a dynamic business management tool e.g. ZoHo, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
