The Team Expansion Administrator is responsible for processing and routing new hire and internal employee files through approvals and ensuring the consistency and accuracy of all documentation. This role will also act as the gate-keeper for the Global Talent Team and will be responsible for taking general calls, as well as routing calls to the appropriate personnel. This position will interact directlyย with employees, as well as guests of the organization located in theย Atrium building.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Create a welcoming environment for visitors and interviewees by greeting all guests/interviewees at the Atrium building in aย kind, enthusiastic, and helpful manner.
- Aid other administrative staff on the Global Talent Team with support overflow work and clerical duties, including reference checks, word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Assist the Snr. Team Expansion Administrator with HR projects.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a cheerful and marketing oriented way, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
- Maintain our Recruitment Tracking Systems; updating candidate profiles, job postings, etc.
- Input referrals from internal employees and coordinating with the designated recruiter.
- Compile and submit information needed for new hire approval.
- Assist with admin related upkeep for the Expansion team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, or equivalent education
- One (1) year of work experience as a Receptionist or other customer service-oriented position.
- HR/Recruitment experience a plus
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Coachable
- Good computer skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Team oriented
- Willing to go the extra mile
