Team Lead

Position Overview:

Shyftlabs is searching for an experienced Team Lead with hands on exposure to Siebel technologies. This role is responsible for leading the production enhancement and troubleshooting of various complex applications. The ideal candidate will be able to both work hands on and as well as collaborate with various stakeholders and teams on design and development aspects.

Job Responsibilities: 

Good hands-on experience on the Siebel technologies on the configuration, EAI, EIM, scripting, workflows, UNIX shell scripting, and Oracle RDBMS.

Knowledge and experience in developing, troubleshooting SOAP and REST API’s

Lead Production application issue resolution and system enhancement development efforts from analysis through implementation

Prioritize, schedule, assign, and manage the workload of the Siebel related support and development activities

Collaborate with offshore team members, cross-team application teams and onshore leads over the production issues, design and development of new product features and enhancements.

Remove roadblocks/bottlenecks for the offshore team members and help team to complete the assigned task on time.

Incident handling, analysis and accountable for SLA Management.

Problem management and presenting the RCA to enterprise operations core team.

Coordinate with product support vendors for Incident / Problem resolution, out of the box solutions.

Coordinate with application managed service vendors for application infra related issues, testing and deployments

Provide status reporting of team activities, inform task accomplishment, issues, incident/tickets status reporting.

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years experience in a relevant position

2+ years managing and leading a team

Experience working with both offshore and onshore teams simultaneously is a benefit

Siebel configuration, workflows, e-scripts

Siebel EAI, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML

Siebel EIM *Oracle RDBMS, PL/SQL

UNIX shell scripting, UNIX basics, java script.
