PROJECT:

Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Parsons is seeking a Team Lead to perform the following:

  • Lead the Facilities Assessment and Master Planning Teams
  • Interface daily with clients POC
  • Provide data and analytics support
  • Work with the Parsons PMO to manage the Delivery Orders
  • Lead the development of SOP and other process improvement
  • Perform all Quality Assurance/Quality Control

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related technical/business field (or equivalent experience)
  • 20+ years of related engineering management experience on large scale programs
  • Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
  • Professional registration may also be required.
  • Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required
  • Must be US Citizen

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, have excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.
  • Must be knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
  • Proficient PC skills including proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range:

$121,900.00 - $219,400.00
