We began serving the medical industry in 2013, helping doctors scan medical patients to create custom-fit orthotics and prosthetics. In 2017, we expanded to enable NFL and NCAA football players to obtain custom-fit helmets. Fast forward to 2022, NetVirta’s closed deals with multiple clothing and footwear brands in North America, Europe, and Asia.

What can you expect?

As a Team Lead at NetVirta, you will join our growing technology team in the Singapore office and engage in projects as well as product management for a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business development teams on the development, QA, and release of products 
• Leading project planning sessions and managing all aspects of projects 
• Ensure the team meet delivery schedule 
• Regularly review team practices to remove outdated practices/introduce new practices that suit the team
• Guide and mentor team members 
• Lead the hiring effort to ensure the team has the right talent to excel
• Drive continuous integration processes & automation 

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Computing, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience leading a team of developers 
• Knowledgeable in front-end technologies e.g. Angular, CSS, and back-end technologies e.g. Django, Python 
• Familiarity with common task scheduling and issue tracking tools e.g. Jira 
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Leadership skills
• Stakeholder management skills 

Good-to-Have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification
• Capacity to manage high stress situations 
• Big-picture thinking and vision
