Job Description

• Lead and motivate a team of staff, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.

• Monitor team performance, set goals, and provide feedback and coaching.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.

• Implement strategies to improve processes and streamline workflow.

• Liaise with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners and vendors.

• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with vendors.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Handle customer complaints and feedback, providing solutions to issues.

• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports on team performance, operational challenges, and achievements.

• Participate in the development of long-term strategies to enhance business growth.

• Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement new opportunities for expansion and improvement.

• Oversee budgeting for your team, ensuring effective resource allocation.

• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.

• Ensure that all services and operations meet industry standards and company quality criteria.

• Regularly assess operational processes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

• Facilitate effective communication between the team and other departments or partners.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance team performance.

• Expected to efficiently handle additional tasks as assigned by the manager

Secondary Tasks : 

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Utilize market insights to inform business strategies and decision-making.

• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Work closely with product development teams to enhance service offerings.

• Gather feedback from vendor’s and team members to inform product improvements.

• Identify training needs within the team and arrange for appropriate professional development opportunities.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Ensure effective utilization of technology and digital tools within the team for optimal performance.
