Team Lead, Accounts Receivables :
Experience : 7-10 Years
Location : Chennai (3 days working from Office)
Working Hours :ย PST/EST time zone (5pm-2pm/7:30pm-4:30am)

Responsibilities
โ Manage a team of AR collectors focused on a specific business unit or geographical region
โ Evaluate account portfolio to ensure cash flow targets are met and quickly identify opportunities for improvement
โ Conduct analyses of AR aging to identify overdue/delinquent accounts and contact customers regarding overdue accounts, documenting weekly collection activities
โ Respond quickly to internal and external customer inquiries
โ Strategically manage relationships with internal and external customers
โ Collaborate with other Accounting Staff to ensure timely billing and dunning
โ Direct and follow up with a third-party agency to preserve customer relationships while ensuring account resolution
โ Support team efforts by addressing escalated accounts
โ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers of ZoomInfo
โ Improve and streamline processes to build efficiency, capacity, and scale
โ Identify and create insightful reporting dashboards on collection risk / opportunities
Qualifications
โ 2+ years experience leading an AR team
โ 5+ years of experience working on a Collections or AR team in a high-volume B2B setting
โ SaaS industry experience preferred, recurring revenue company preferred
โ Interest in tech and understanding of cloud based environment and subscription accounting
โ Demonstrated strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including calls in English
โ Ability to meet and exceed cash collections targets
โ Salesforce, Highradius & SAP experience preferred
โ Experience with reading, interpreting, and discussing contract language
