Team Lead - Appointment Specialist - Phoenix

Responsibilities

To assist the supervisor with the daily management of the individual scheduling units; work schedules; absences; reviews; meetings; daily problem resolution; continuous initiatives, timekeeping, and performance (productivity and quality) feedback.

Continues to perform duties of a scheduler as specified in the Scheduler Job Description.

The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required.

Qualifications

High School education or G.E.D equivalent and 1 year of Healthcare/Medical Scheduling experience required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required, with demonstrated leadership ability.

Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
