Team Lead - CSI

About You

You are detail-oriented and passionate about cybersecurity, and excited to work in a fast-paced and virtual environment like Abnormal. You are a proactive team player with great business judgment and time management.

You have excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team, in order to foster a positive work environment and manage day-to-day activities effectively. You are a strong communicator, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and/or challenging situations.

In this job, you will bring these skills

• Proficient on all workflows and supports where needed
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication methods
• Understanding of impact of product/engineering changes on the team and be proactive in flagging
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree, or working towards Bachelor's degree
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience
• Proficient with G Suite (Google) applications
• Familiarity with Zoom
• Basic SQL knowledge a plus
• Formal presentations
• Coaching and mentorship

• Identifies potential solutions for improved tooling
• Identifies potential solutions for improved workflows
• Takes on implementation of solutions where feasible
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Security Analyst team
• Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
• Contribute to and manage team performance against SLAs
• Suggest changes to processes, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and service levels
