Job Description

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and supervise a team of data specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of data transition projects.

Data Migration Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies, considering factors such as data integrity, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Evaluate existing data processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee the execution of data migration tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and regulatory requirements throughout the transition process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on complex data transformation challenges.

Quality Assurance

• Establish quality assurance procedures to validate the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of data migration scripts and procedures.
• Implement corrective measures to address any data quality issues or discrepancies.
