Team Lead - Design & Integration

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Lead-Design/Integration to lead our team of Integrators and work closely to improve end-to-end process, quality and TAT's.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead and coach the team of Integrators (HTML/Wordpress) and Designers.
• Set quality standards and best practice build processes for our Custom WordPress sites 
• Manage resources and tasks across the team
• Track and manage projects to ensure they are completed by the deadlines
• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
• Lead by setting a good example (role model) –behavior consistent with words
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
• Encourage creativity and constant improvement
• Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
• Coordinate with cross - functional teams as necessary

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge on Wordpress Beaver Editor
• 5 years of experience with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as TeamLead/Coordinator
• Good exposure on Photoshop, HTMLS, CSS3, Bootstrap, Wordpress and Jquery
• Hands on experience with markup languages
• Good exposure on "PSD to HTML conversion"
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process(design,development and deployment)
• Understanding of design aesthetics
• Familiarity with softwares like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills

Education:

Graduates in Computer Science/IT

Shift Timings:

Should be flexible with any shift timings and Male candidates should be comfortable with Night Shift
