Team Lead (Digital Content Librarian)

Description

The Team Lead's responsibilities include executing collection development needs for our global school partners and collaborating with the other managers within the Business Unit. The mission of the team is to grow the content collections, increase sales and usage, and satisfaction with OverDrive products.Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day work for members of the International Collection Development team working with K-12 schools.
• Delegate and prioritize work, coach, and mentor direct reports.
• Approve timecards and field PTO requests from team members.
• Answer questions and serve as the first escalation point on partner issues.
• Plan, manage, and execute special projects involving global school partners
• As a member of the leadership team, demonstrate through decisions, actions and words a commitment to OverDrive's mission and our sustainability and community outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OverDrive's K-12 school products, processes, and content offerings.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficient.
