Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for an Team Lead, Survey Overlay at M3 Global Research, an M3 company.

Job Description

The Team Lead’s primary roles are to guide the team as well as work in an individual contributor role with focus on timely and high-quality delivery of survey overlays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Including, but not limited to the following:

• Efficiently manage team with all tasks this entails.
• Work on online survey overlays – transfer translated text into our survey programming output (Excel files or programing interface), correctly adding HTML formatting.
• Timely and high-quality overlay delivery – either individually or via team.

• Resolution of questions via crisp communication.
• Drive and achieve internal targets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously / prioritize work as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility: Yes

Qualifications

• College degree, preferable in Computer Applications or Computer Sciences
• EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic HTML formatting skills
• Unwavering approach to do it right the first time
• Excellent at managing multiple projects and priorities
• Propensity to quickly learn, and at times implement, new processes and applications
• Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Work cooperatively with others
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
