The Team

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordination Operations Team Lead to join the US Recruitment Coordination Operations Team. Our team focuses on delivering exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience from interview scheduling, offer letter creation to onboarding.

The Role

Reporting to the US Recruitment Coordination Operations Manger, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talents to deliver strategies dedicated to incredible candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Manage a team of Recruitment Coordinators including assigning and overseeing workload, and delivering against service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Review existing processes with an eye on continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to recruitment coordinators and stakeholders
  • Build and develop a high performing team to achieve goals while growing their careers in a fast-paced environment
We'd love to hear from you if this applies to you:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or general administrative role, previous management experience preferred
  • Strong time management abilities, extremely organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in MS Office products
