As the Team Lead, Initial Title and Registration you will be responsible to Prioritize workflow to keep in flight transactions on schedule, meeting Client and BSC objectives, improve processor performance and effectiveness through daily coaching. Identify and resolve errors prior to submission. Maintain a people first culture that fosters high Employee Satisfaction; leading to strong Employee and Client retention and Deliver industry leading customer experience
A Day in the Life
Production Leadership
- Assess staffing needs vs actuals for each day based on daily task requirements.
- Develop and execute mitigation plans for staffing short falls, prioritizing At Risk clients and transactions.
- Monitor status of Aging work with a plan to rebalance; avoid escalations.
- Assign prioritized work for the day; ensuring completion and Past Due does not exceed daily thresholds
- Use established KPIs and SLAs to assess individual and team performance; making recommendations for mitigation to Leadership
Performance Management
- Maintain a culture focused on innovation, satisfaction and performance attainment that is derived from Accuracy, Accountability, Timeliness, Respect, Equality and Openness.
- Execute SMART goals for Processors aligned with BSC and Client expectations.
- Execute compliance protocols to ensure the department operates within legal and client frameworks.
- Develop and execute coaching strategies to enhance skills, address performance gaps and support a Continuous Improvement program.
- Complete Quality Assessments of transactions, measuring against established standards and client exceptions
- Provide real time feedback to processors that reduces errors
Client Management
- Drive customer satisfaction rating of 6
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with Clients and FPS, executing against their unique requirements.
- Foster a reputation for reliability by ensuring status updates on client requests are provided regularly.
- Respond to escalations/CSIs in 48 hours and close with root cause preventative actions.
Requirements
- Background in Title and Registration or Motor vehicle Administration
- College or University or equivalent experience required.
- Six Sigma education and experience preferred.
- Proven PC and data analysis skills
- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes to positively impact service delivery
- Experience in workflow management and coaching is preferred
- High degree of initiative and flexibility. Ability to lead through changes to the work environment volume, business processes, systems and other changes
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to successfully interact multiple levels in the organization
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand financial outcomes
- Demonstrated organizational skills
