Job Description

The MDR Team Lead works in a fast paced, quota driven environment with a diverse team of individuals who are responsible for the pre-sale qualification of organizations across all Blackbaud verticals and products. As an MDR Team Lead, you will be working directly with the sales and marketing managers to establish innovative calling campaigns for your team.

What we'll want you to have:

  • Experience with Inbound Lead Qualification
  • Previous sales and marketing experience
  • Background in high-volume outbound sales prospecting required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to hire and develop strong talent
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Qualified, and Marketo is desired

What we'll require of you:

  • Call-coaching to ensure quality leads are sent to Sales Team and focus on increasing the number and quality of leads sent to Sales
  • Onboarding new team members to quickly get them performing as an MDR
  • Working closely with other channels to ensure quality lead follow up (marketing and sales)
  • Reporting across all campaigns to increase conversions
  • Quota tracking
  • Productivity monitoring
  • 1x1 check ins with direct reports to monitor individual success

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $62,700.00 to $83,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
