Team Lead Master Data Content Coordinator (M/V/D)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Lead Master Data Content Coordinator to join us in Leuven! Are you looking to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment where you can use both your Data Management and people management skills? Keep reading!

In this role you will lead an international team of 12 Master Data Content Coördinators. Next to being a coach to the team you will also have operational tasks where you run Master Data services to internal and external customers.

This is a hybrid role where you will work from our Leuven office several days/week. Along with a competitive salary and an annual bonus, you will have access to hospitalisation insurance, pension plan, meal vouchers and 34 days of holidays to create a healthy work-life balance.  

What we are looking for

• You preferably have 3 years of experience in Data Management or transferable experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP are a big advantage.
• You have good people skills and know how to coach a team.
• You have attention to detail and can adapt to new priorities.

How you will thrive and have an impact

• You are responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Data Management team.
• You provide ongoing updates to leadership on staff progress/activities and data management deadlines/deliverables.
• You assist in maintaining overall data quality/integrity/security for all projects.
• You assist with developing, enhancing and maintaining compliant Data Management business processes, procedures, documentation and workflows.
