Team Lead Media Sales (m/f/d)

AutoScout24 is a leading digital classified automotive website, dedicated to connecting car seekers with the finest selection of vehicles. Our platform is a hub for car dealers and private sellers to showcase their inventory and for buyers to find their next cars. 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Media Sales (m/f/d) to lead and develop the Media Sales Team in Italy. If you are interested in the role, please submit your application documents in English. 

What you'll do

• You will be commercially responsible for developing and implementing the Italian Media Sales strategy with focus on car manufacturers, finance and insurance customers.
• Successfully negotiate and close annual agency agreements.
• You will build and nurture long-term customer relationships with media agencies and advertisers.
• Identification of new business opportunities and further development of the Media product portfolio.

What you should bring: 

• Multi-year experience in digital Media Sales, especially in the Automotive sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experienced in people development.
• Structured, goal-oriented thinker with a very good understanding of numbers and technical or process affinity. 
• Fluent in English.
