Team Lead of Affiliates

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead of Affiliates to oversee our affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, proven leadership skills, and a track record of driving successful affiliate marketing campaigns.

Now we’re expanding our rapid growing affiliate network with focus and expertise within the iGaming niche. It focuses on delivering high-quality traffic and offering customized partnership models like CPA and RevShare. Our affiliate network is known for its strong market knowledge, high conversion rates, and excellent affiliate support.

What you’ll be working on:

• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including partner management and traffic spending.
• Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of affiliates, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
• Monitoring team performance, providing ongoing support/guidance, and optimization.
• Providing regular performance reports to the Product Manager.
• Onboarding new affiliates to expand the network, fostering long-term relationships with high-performing partners.
• Building strong relationships with key affiliates and partners, negotiating favorable terms and agreements.
• Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to keep our affiliate program competitive.

About you:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming vertical, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
• Participation in events/conferences;
• English language level - B2.
