Team Lead, Parcel Recovery (Dispute & Investigations)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to ensure effective performance and achievement of team goals.
• Interpret data sets, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify training needs within the team, organize training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Work closely with BI and other operations departments to integrate data analytics into business operations and decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through rigorous quality assurance processes and adherence to best practices.
• Continuously find ways to streamline the operations need.
• Regularly review Recovery’s operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any field
• 3 years’ experience in warehousing operations
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on data-driven insights.
• Ability to think critically and analytically, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Strong ability to grasp operation processes and systems quickly
• Quick learner: we work in a fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to rapidly pick up on new concepts
• Hands on approach as work will be warehouse based
• Required skills: Intermediate Microsoft Excel and above with a minimum knowledge on Pivot Table, SUMIF & VLOOKUP
