Team Lead SAP Development m/f/d

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
We are looking for a Team Leader SAP development to coordinate the work and schedule the tasks of the SAP programming team in our office based in Poznan (Hybrid mode, 8 days onsite required). In this role you will report to Maciej, the senior manager of SAP development/support.
You Will Make an Impact By:

• Team lead competency in the coordination of the programming tasks including coordinating and scheduling the tasks of the internal and external programming teams 

• Project managment including coordination of internal/external technical resources. Enforce governance in projects / development activities.

• Develop and support Fiori applications through their full lifecycle. Identify and implement process improvements within the ABAP development framework.

• Optimize ABAP code and Fiori applications for performance and reliability. Maintain documentation and provide training for ABAP developments and Fiori applications.

• Develop and manage integration solutions on SAP Cloud Platform Integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.

Skills You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP ABAP. As well as minimum 5 years of expert role in SAP ABAP, development.
• English working proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and support global operations as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Could Platform Integration (iFlows)
• Experience in Fiori Ul5
