Job Description

The SET (Strategic Employer Team) Team Lead is responsible for representing our client by utilising your expertises to manage the day to day relationship with their top tier Employers. At times you will need to be able to travel as required, so you will need to have that flexibility as well as a drivers licence and car.

As the Team Lead, SET (Strategic Employer Team) at GROW, you will:

• Lead a team that manages the relationship and administration outcomes for a defined portfolio of Employers

• Represent our client when required to attend seminars or industry events.

• Represent our client by attending onsite Face to Face Employer visits where suitable to educate or help resolve complex issues or set up payroll requirements for clearing house processes.

• Manage inbound calls from SET Employers to answer enquiries and work with relevant areas to resolve issues.

• Support all Employers with clearing house triage where required.

• Complete outbound calls to the SET portfolio to complete:

  • Twice yearly Health Checks (where appropriate) to SET portfolio or 

  • Follow-up on both non-complex and complex Issues

  • For other scenarios directed by the Trustee such as product/regulation changes.

• Support the onboarding / transition of new Employers.

• Support our clients relationship teams with enquiries, escalations and administrative support.

• Ensure all work completed is within agreed SLA’s.

• Ensure all work meets agreed quality standards

• Maintain RG146 Compliance by completing and submitting monthly CPD points.

• Provide input into relevant reporting as needed
