Shift: DayWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Supply Chain with a proven track record in both local and international procurement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and relevant experience in manufacturing environments.Experience & Skill Requirements:

• 8-12 years of procurement experience, both local and international, with a degree in Business or Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems is essential.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in managing diverse, multicultural stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage follow-up tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure materials, contracts, and services in line with lead times and specifications, ensuring competitive pricing.
• Conduct market analysis, cost reviews, and negotiations to optimize costs and implement cost-reduction strategies across assigned categories.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Operations Teams to identify material substitutes for cost reduction, quality enhancement, or standardization of parts.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials by monitoring lead times and transportation durations for both local and imported goods.
• Maintain quality standards by regularly auditing pre-qualified vendors.
• Monitor material rejection rates and address quality deviations with suppliers.
• Expand the vendor list and identify new suppliers to standardize products and reduce lead times.
• Evaluate supplier performance in accordance with established SOPs.
• Manage claims for discrepancies or damages with suppliers.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on category performance and open order status.
