Job Description

• Develop new logistics processes and implement them in daily operations.

• Onboard new service providers in our 3rd-party logistics and enhance our in-house capacities.

• Play a crucial role in negotiating logistics contracts.

• Manage day-to-day logistics for our brands “Wir Kaufen Dein Auto” and “Autohero” across the entire German market.

• Address capacity bottlenecks in our transport and storage network.

• Lead and develop your team members.

• In this position, you will report directly to our Director of Consumer Logistics Europe.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant professional experience in logistics or a dynamic startup environment.

• Initial leadership experience.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.

• Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners at all hierarchical levels, particularly in contract negotiations.

• Ability to manage multiple operational and tactical challenges under time pressure.

• German at C1 level, English at least at B2 level.
