Job Responsibilities –
Setting Objectives:
- A team leader is responsible for setting clear goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals.

- They assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths.
- Communication: Team leaders facilitate effective communication within the team and between the team and higher management.

- Performance Feedback: Team leaders give constructive feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and help team members improve their performance.
