JOB SUMMARY
A key member within the Specialized UK Retail Team, the Team Leader is positioned to support store leadership by assisting to implement initiatives and activations whilst considering the welfare of the team and contributing to overachieve on commercial KPI’s.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - what you’ll be doing day-to-day

Key holding responsibility to open and close the store, especially in the absence of store leadership
-
Delivering conversions and supporting other members of the team with their performance
-
Cashing up and investigation of anomalies
-
Implementing sales and marketing activations
-
Rolling out new initiatives and gathering feedback
-
Stock and inventory management support
-
Organisation of team breaks
-
Assessment of any in store activations to understand levels of success and provide feedback
-
Identification of development opportunities within the team, working with store leadership to develop and implement actions

Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability

Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with riders
