Job Description

SIA-RDP is a leading modern solution, and we are looking for an experienced team leader with high professional and personal skills and a drive for execution to manage the team. You will lead the entire development process starting from the planning phase, through the development and testing process to successful release to our customers. You will also mentor the team members and help them grow and be successful in their roles.

What will you do: 

• Manage a team of 10 employees 

• Professional growth of the team members 

• Recruit and training new team members 

• Define improvement goals for the team and leading the team to achieve the goals 

• Produce valuable content for our customers 

• Own the overall design, development, architecture, quality and production of the team’s products 

• Work hand-in-hand with product managers, product owners, other teams in the company and the team itself to deliver features from requirements to production 

• Be the R&D focal point in discussions with field and customers 

• Maintaining CyberArk culture 

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in software development. 

• 5+ years of experience as a team leader, leading at least 5 developers 

• Cloud development and AWS knowledge and experience

• Proactive, highly motivated individual with a high work ethic and goal-oriented approach 

• People person – establish good working realtionship with team members and other stakeholders 

• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Python knowledge and experience – an advantage 

• C++ knowledge and experience – an advantage 

• Information security experience – an advantage 

• Deep knowledge of windows internals – an advantage
