Team leader graphics
Job Description
STARK GROUP Sourcing is looking for a qualified and creative graphic to join our Own Brand Marketing team as Teamlead Graphics. You’ll work alongside with 10 dedicated colleagues in Own Brand who manage 4 brands across business excellence, marketing and monitoring in direct collaboration with our category and sales organisations.
Our vision is clear: we aim to make our Own Brand the first choice for our tradespeople by building trusted and competitive brands.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our products related designs (packaging, labels, data sheets, …), the creation of sales supporting medias and the continuous improvement of your team and the designs. You will partner with other members in the Own Brand department and our marketing departments, across our 7 Business Units.
Key responsibilities:
- Management of the graphics team consisting of 3 graphic designers
- Further development of employees
- Standardization of processes and media for efficient and scalable use of these
- Optimization of media types and continuous improvement of our marketing products
- Operational involvement in the team
- Creation of POS materials in close collaboration with Brand & Campaign Management
- Coordination of agency and industry projects
- Managing external agencies as part of design projects

About you:
- You are a skilled graphic designer with management experience (3+ years)
- You are not new to developing and challenging your team on a daily basis
- In addition to the development of products and processes, operational work in a team is important to you and you have a hands-on mentality
- You enjoy working with other departments, can orchestrate external partners very well and like stakeholder management
- You are used to working independently and results-oriented
- Communication is one of your strengths
- You have relevant experience in the usual graphics programs (Adobe Cloud) and the Microsoft 365 cosmos
- You have a quick grasp and a personal commitment to learn a lot
- In the best case YOU have gained experience with products or even building materials
The Own Brand team is based in Aarhus, so that will be your workplaces – and you may off course work remote on the days it suits better to do so
You will be part of small team and directly report to the Group Own Brand Director.
