Your role and responsibilities
  • Management of the recruiting team in Mexico and LA

  • Improvement initiatives across recruitment processes metrics and candidate experience.
  • Coach and mentor recruitment teams fostering collaboration accountability and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Communication and customer management

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Experience managing work teams in the talent acquisition area
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence
  • Experience leading and empowering recruitment teams toward high performance and continuous improvement.

Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Background in managing recruitment for industrial or manufacturing clients.
  • Experience working within large matrixed or global organizations.
  • Exposure to data-driven recruitment workforce planning or talent analytics tools.
