Your role and responsibilities
- Management of the recruiting team in Mexico and LA
- Improvement initiatives across recruitment processes metrics and candidate experience.
- Coach and mentor recruitment teams fostering collaboration accountability and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication and customer management
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Experience managing work teams in the talent acquisition area
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence
- Experience leading and empowering recruitment teams toward high performance and continuous improvement.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Background in managing recruitment for industrial or manufacturing clients.
- Experience working within large matrixed or global organizations.
- Exposure to data-driven recruitment workforce planning or talent analytics tools.
