Job Description
BryceTech is looking for a Technology Integration Team Leader that can lead a team that focuses on the DOTMLPF integration of technology from across the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) transitions milestones. Position is a hybrid of on-site and work from home. Travel about 20%-25% of total hours.
- Programmatic support for an Adaptive Acquistion Framework (AAF) Joint program in support of the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP)
- Support the drafting and staffing of S&T and Acquisition documentation such as capability descriptions, capability need statements, transition agreements, demonstration plans, technology readiness assessments, etc.
- Liaise between multiple stakeholders to coordinate meetings, activities, and events for demonstration and evaluation of technology, including sensor technology, detection, visualization, algorithms, and decision support systems.
- Support the development of test plans and collection of test data to support T&E activities
- Review data from tests, assessments, and demonstrations to develop recommendations, opportunities, and challenges and develop analytic products
- Management of 2-3 personnel as a team lead for the Science and Technology and Test and Evaluation area of responsibility
Qualifications
- 3-5 years exposure and experience to software and hardware technology use, development and deployment
- Possesses at least 2 years’ experience in joint and multi-service technology demonstration, assessment, development, transition, or evaluation.
- Substantive experience developing standard operating procedures for events and processes.
- Capable of working independently, multitasking, and meeting multiple customer deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working with Joint and Service Staffs on doctrine, organization, and training aspects is desired.
- Prior military experience in an operational or technology-oriented area
- Bachelor’s Possesses degree
- Possesses Secret Clearance (Active)
