About This Job
The Team Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals while ensuring efficient process management, effective stakeholder communication, proactive risk mitigation, and exceptional people management. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
The role sits within Securities/Clearing and Axos Advisory services and oversees the account management team that is in charge of functions (within but not limited to) account updating to transfers-in/transfers-out.

Responsibilities:
Process Management:
- Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize efficiency and productivity within the team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures while encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
- Periodically reports SLA/KPIs to related parties and ensures improvement of these standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners, including senior management, clients, and other departments.
- Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Proactively address business partner concerns and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction and support.

Risk and Control:
- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the team's processes and projects.
- Ensures compliance both with US regulatory requirement as it pertains to processing as well as Philippine regulation (labor etc)
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks.
- Analyzes, assesses risk deficiencies, and determines mitigating actions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on risk and control activities to senior management.

People Management:

- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and mentorship to support individual and team development.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Manage resourcing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and training

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
